What a bargain these wines are. Completely compelling. The small amount of sugar in this wine is slowly being consumed to the point where this wine appeared to be dry even now. This leaves the lemony minerally wine that it presented itself to be. Refreshing from the high acidity level and well balanced. Good alternative to a chardonnay some evenings.
