Too bad its mostly Cali as a Pessac Leognan (Graves) would be perfect and oppulent. Pinot will do the trick, just differently, I would go for a more burgundian styled one such as a Drouhin or Ancien as opposed to a Foley or Hobbs Bomb. But that may just be my palate.
