I was lucky to have my Dad, who's now 87, visiting me here in Northern California. My sister, nephew, myself, Dad & StepMom, and a few friends got together at my Lake House just north of the Napa County line in Hidden Valley Lake. We had a wonderful holiday with kayaking and fireworks over the lake. Really fun.

Made baby back ribs on the grill, which were wonderful, and opened a nice bottle of Merlot, my Dad's favorite.
