2003 Parusso Barbera d'Alba Superiore

Popped another last night to pair with homemade pizza. Fresh, homemade thin crust with a mushroom red sauce, wilted garlicky spinich, sliced chicken and fresh mozzerella. We were very pig like . It's hard to keep my hands off of this wine. It's so food friendly but rich at the same time. Perfectly aged at this point and I really don't see it getting any better but should hold for several more years and I still have a little less than a case left.
