Tonight True Love wasn't up for some wine, so I popped another recently acquired bottle and used a cup to make Cumberland Sauce with an orange (zest and juice), lemon juice, cranberry sauce and jelly, and a pinch of ground ginger.

Had it with thick slices of ham grilled in a grill pan, the last of our Christmas candied sweet potatoes, and fresh green beans almandine. Just lovely, and I'm sitting here sipping the last glass so WW won't get upset about not posting.
