I love 375's, if only that I could try a few wines a night. You probably better than the rest of us to fine 375's but I've got agout about 150 of them, full range sweeties to rhones, to Bordeaux to Burgs to ports, etc,..
I find that the only way I can get 375 for Bordeaux is to buy them on futures adn I generally buy some cheaper ones too so that I can attack them sooner yet.
