1988 Chateau Musar

Part of a Musar vertical.

This is nice. a nicely maturing musar that despite not being as good as the best in this vertical, has nicely accepted its role in impresssing the crap of the participants of this wine testing.

Again, a deeper bricking colour with jsut a hint of garnet red. This wine is still reaching for maturity but its close. Nose and palate of good dried cherry, dried fruits and berry, tobacco, cigar box, tar, leather. Good solid structure still.
