1998 Chateau Ducru Beacaillou

This is drinking lovely right now. Nose is elegant with good amount of berries and some secondary notes now. Color is still completely dark garnet purple with ever so slight an aging rim.

The wine itself is elegant, balanced, fruit with complexity, acidity with density, interest with length, a commplete bordeaux. Drank well from the start of the evening till the end.
