Sterling Napa Valley Table Wine

Hi Starpenny and welcome to the board.IMHO this was a meritage made by Sterling before the term was in widespread use. If I'm not mistaken the wine was made by Ric Foreman when he was their winemaker. Single bottlings have very little value but instead of cooking with the wine why not open it and you anf hubby try it with a nice prime rib or steak? WW
