Welcome to the board, Rich.
I have no experience with the Danby brand, nor do I know anyone who owns one. I do own a EuroCave and a Haier, as well as a refrigerated cellar, and can comment on issues related to those that would also bear on the Danby.
First, all such units have a fan that runs continuously and thereby raises the ambient noise floor of space in which they're situated. The noise level increases when the compressor/condenser kicks in, on demand of the thermostat. Some brands are probably noisier than others, although I have no noise complaints regarding my EuroCave or Haier. The cellar is another matter.... I'm using an industrial chiller in there, of the type found in a supermarket's walk-in cold room, and it's both windy and noisy in there - and I don't care, because it's remote from the house and it does a good job of holding the cellar at 57F, as I've set it to do.
But other issues bear consideration in your plans, specifically heat generation and power consumption. A refrigeration unit generates heat, which must be expelled into the room (or vented to the outdoors) and when added to the heat from your PC could make a difference in your cooling needs for the home office. Would suggest a ceiling fan be installed, at the minimum. Also, the wine fridge will add to the power consumption in your office, and that could mean providing an alternate circuit for the fridge.
A Google search on the term Danby wine cooler turned up comments on epinions.com from Danby users, and some of those were indeed complaints about noise.... although it's difficult from those to sort out what might be design defficiencies from operator errors.
In my case, the noise level of my desktop PC (an HP Pavilion) with its noisy power supply fan is greater than either the EuroCave or the Haier.
That's my 2 cents. Good luck.
