For those bottles you want to age 55 is a little more the temp you want. Given the temps you have there I might be inclined to leave the agers in the middle somewhere. Yes 40% humidity is ok but if you can get it a little higher that would be better, but your wines should be fine as is. Good luck with the new purchase and welcome to the board.<P>Chris
