Sounds like the winter blahs, HW! When I feel like that I invite some friends over for a little dinner party to share some good food, good wine and good laughs. Sometimes I get out a silly game like OUTBURST which can be hilarious. With things the way they are in the world we need to spend some time just enjoying the company of people we care about! Always works for me!
