Dunno about you folks, but I'm just kind of marking time with my acquistions these days. Consuming a bottle each evening means buying 2 1/2 cases each month just to meet consumption requirements....so to build cellar stock, would need to buy at least 3 cases each month. Have been shooting for purchase of a case per week, but falling short for no good reason. Maybe it's the general funk we're in these days, with markets in the toilet and the international situation gloomy. Not much enthusiasm for even a wine-buying binge. With storage capacity now of maybe 1500 bottles, I probably have not much more than 20% of that number actually on hand. Maybe I'm just in need of a serious attitude adjustment.... at the gym.
