Well, the heat wave of century (hopefully) has come and gone. The highest temperature in the cellar got up to 69 degrees. Have to admit we were concerned (don't worry about anything anymore). Now it has backed down slowly to 64 degrees. It should stay in the low sixties until winter when it will drop into the high fifties.
