Yeah, that's what I thought. But the owner's manual clearly advises resting the unit for 48 hours after delivery before throwing the switch. Oh, well. I'm only now, after seeing the unit, coming up with an organizational matrix in my head for the wines. The old layout in the storm cellar was so simple: D-Rack A, Bins 1-20, French. D-Rack B, Bins 1-20, French and German.<BR>D-Rack C, Bins 1-20, Italian, Spanish and CA. Each D-rack can hold about 14 cases in diamond bins. Then there are the bookcase type racks consisting of six shelves each, which can handle two enclosed cases on each shelf. (Not all bins or shelves are full by any means; only have about 350 btls on hand.) Now I've got to re-order the whole blippin' thing, including bottle location information in the database. This will be interesting to keep straight....
