I failed to mention the prerequisites CINCHOUSE laid on me for installing it in the garage:<P>1. Remove everything from the garage - and I mean everything.<P>2. Pressure-wash, then bleach, then acidize, then paint the concrete floor. (Due to drying requirements after each step, this whole process took about 10 days.)<P>3. Paint the interior garage walls (after washing/wiping them down).<P>I got it all done prior to delivery except for painting some of the garage walls - but I did at least finish the corner where we installed the unit. <P>Whew!
