As far as I know, wine is best kept in a dark area and as cool as you have. Mine is at about 58 degees, but I have a basement. Recommended I believe is between 55 and 65, but I have heard anything under 70 will do. There are guys on this board that know much more about this than I do, hopefully if I am wrong on this they will correct me.
