Dom Perignon Silver Cork Saver

I have a sterling silver cork saver with "Dom Perignon" cast on the top. It opens to hold a single cork. It comes in a green gift box with the Moet crest and "Keepsake Cork" printed on it. Can anyone tell me if they have seen anything like this or where I could go to find out more info? Thank you, Mlynn
