Okay....last week when I opened up a Dalmore Alexander III and a 30 year old highland park.....my friends needed up one up me....

a leas they felt like they had to.

so to start: 2004 Roumier Chambole Musigny, lovely...more later, 2007 Conn Valley CS.. lovely, more later....and a few more bu tthe toast of the night was a chinese spitit called Kweichow Moutai. It is a rice based spirit, 57% alcohol and if you like Sake, this stuff, blows any sake I've had out of the water..... Now there are a lot of immitations of this product but from the actual distiller, only so much product flows,...and we know the owners.... so we got a bottle, (20 year old bottles of the real stuff regularl sells for upwards of $10K a 375ml bottle.. Ours was not quite that old but not fair behind........).

Nose of the purest white rice, snow pear, incredible length, super purity, amazing stuff. I can't say worth the price but man if you can try it........extend thy glass.

Happy Easter!!!!

I had not had this stuff since I was a kid,...I mean literally a kid.
