Look,

I don't know much about cognac. What I do know is that someone posted a complaint on www.aboutpaypal.org that talked about this website and some problems with shipping cognac cross-country while paying via paypal. The whole thing got very messy. I think I really like Silverado as one of the best reds I ever tasted. Napa, of course.

I doubt if most eBay sellers are locensed to ship alcohol at all, let alone shipping across state lines.
