Happy birthday, KC. Celebrating birthdays beats the alternative.
I have a big one coming up in October and would like to use the occasion for a church fund raiser (wine tasting) if the church vestry gives their approval. I would provide wines and appetizers and dessert and the cost per person would go to a priest fund to help bring a full-time Episcopal priest to our congregation.
