I am doing an article for my company concerning the legal requirements for a self-storage owner who finds wine in a unit where the renter has defaulted on the payment. What should the owner do to legally auction the wine?

Welcome to the board, EF. Sounds like a question that should be posed to an attorney who's licensed to practice law in Arizona. Be sure to have your checkbook handy, because he'll probably charge you for his time.
