Met Az Wino and youngest daughter yesterday at his restaurant " Murphy's " for lunch.Super food, great folk and good wine....Life be GOOD! Took a couple of bottles up and will review in the Cab thread. J.T. took us into a neat private room that made the total dining experience delightful. For appetizers I had a killer shrimp dish that was immersed in a spicy cajun sauce that absotively twisted my arm and said "I done give a rats' about your dumb low-carb diet...Get that bread soaking in my juices." Wasn't as bad news this morn as I expected. Gained just short of 2 lbs and 'twas worth every gram. BigRedWines didn't make it so he was probably tied up at the camp he's running for his church group. All I can tell him is that Murphys' is a top-notch eatery... And he wasn't too sorely missed as we drank his portion of the wines. Intend to make an effort to go back up before we leave for the west coast.
Fun time!!!WW
