Looks like luck would have me in Phoenix from the 15th of August to the 18th for company business. Wanna grab a burger and a bottle?

Hi PW. What is your pleasure on sumpin' to drink whilst you be in me fair city? Want to try some older Cali stuff or some 95 Frenchies? Give me your druthers and I'll see if I can cut thru my stacks of "2-Buck Chucks" and find some. BPR, WW

PW: I'm fortunate to have met WW once, and the stellar wines he kindly produced during our 5-hour dinner in Las Vegas yielded a column's worth of tasting notes for me. Really hoping out paths cross again sometime soon - and not because of his wine cellar. He's just a helluva good guy.

There's a cool ad out right now from Dos Equis from "the most interesting man in the world" who states "The Bulk of Your Life Should be Off the Record" so....

In Vegas, did you guys fail to detail out the other half of the meeting/visit?

Hehehe.....

PW: What I didn't write about in the paper was my ride back to the MGM Grand after dinner. You'll have to ask the Weener about that yourself. I'll never tell.
