Gallo makes several Zins. Gallo of Sonoma Zinfandel $9. Gallo Zinfandel Barrelli Creek $17. Gallo Frei Ranch $16. Prices vary. Go to http://www.gallo.com/ for more information.

Hi Patti, and welcome to the Wine Board. Are you talking about zinfandel that had raspberry juice added to it, or zinfandel that had the aroma or taste of raspberries on the nose or tongue? If the former, go to the part of the wine section all the way over to left or right that has flavored wines. You should find the Gallo or a suitable substitute there. If the later is the case, Drew gave you the right answer.

Most of us around here are not very partial to wines flavored with foreign substances. It is not a snob thing. From time immemorial people have made wine from grapes, a fruit that can replicate the aromas and tastes of most other fruits. Foreign substitute flavors don't have any place other than possibly weaning folks off of soda pop.

You know, now that I think about it, I do remember seeing displays of fruit flavored white zinfandel from different wine makers, aka Sutter Home Soleo Raspberry Harvest and Wild Vines Raspberry Zinfandel . Patti, we hope this isn't what your looking for.
