Hang tough, IK. Laughter can be the best medicine. This 'blog by Geoffrey Chaucer' always makes me chuckle, altho middle English is hard to speed-read.

Just talked to the mity Carl and he starts the last of his chemo treatments this coming Wednesday. CB, GD, Hubby, and GGS are heading for Mexico so everyone light them candles and let's hep the IK over this last hump. WW

Talked to Bev today and seems Carls(IK) last treatment was last Wed. It was by far the most stressful so the muighty IK needs another few days to get back to hims' jovial, handsome, witty self. The prognosis tenuously looks good. I'll talk to Carl on Wed and report. He really appreciates all of your prayers and there's no doubt in whats left of my mind it has had a bearing on his recovery. Wishing you better health, Carl and thanks, WW, for keeping us informed.

For all the Christians on the board, have a meaningful Holy Week and a Happy Easter!

WELL FINALLY!!!! The worst is behind him. Carl completed his last chemo on Wed and now it's just a game of wait and see. He sounds very optimistic so looks like all of our wishes may have had an impact. Will talk to him next week-end on my return from San Diego. WW

The Mighty IK sounds like he done turned the corner. Outside of a cold he sounds like the IK we know and love. What an exciting turn. Still needs the exam next month but a solid step forward. WW

Carl didn't sound well today so our phone call was brief. Am hoping it's the effect of the stupid flu bug. Bow yer heads and pray. WW

Thankfully we can now put this thread to bed as IK can speak for his-very-own-self now. WW
