WW just called and said he still doesn't have 'net service; that MAYBE he'll have it on the 19th. Definitely not a happy camper!

Just talked to him. He's so disgusted with everything to do with his service, he's out working today. He's trying to sell his carpeting to Loew's!

Yes he called me on his cell phone stuck in traffic on the way back home. Said he needed a bottle of something to calm his nerves! Stated he was soooo bored that he was taking count of the types of cars around him while stuck in traffic. Sounds like he's at the end of his rope.

I've really never heard of such bad service from an IP. I've build computers and had them up and online for friends in less time than this. Time to go higher up the food chain with whomever he is dealing with.
