I have a bottle of Ornellaia 2002 that I picked up when I was traveling through Bolgheri Italy. I have been told that it normally sells for 100+ USD a bottle. So Save it, Sell it, or Drink it?

Welcome to the Wine Board.

There isn't much of a market for induvidual bottles, so assuming you have good storage, I'd sit on it for another 3-5 years and open it on some nice evening with friends and/or family. If you don't have good storage, pop it sooner rather than later, but decant for awhile before serving.
