You often mention the Blue Hill Wine Shop. There's an article in yesterday's Boston Globe about David Witter, a former owner of the shop. Apparently he now lives in Paris (France, not Maine) and conducts wine seminars which teach the French how to drink and appreciate French wines. By all accounts, the course is very popular.
