Quick trip

To the ranch this morning to board up the old house in anticipation of Ike's arrival. We got 'er done, then joined the caravan of coastal evacuees heading back north and west for shelter. Lots of high-dollar boats and trailers on the road, probably a whole lot more tomorrow. Hope to at least get a nice rain on Saturday.

This looks to be a very dangerous storm. I heard tonight that tropical force winds extend out for 275 miles. Keep yer head down.
