I see that there is still a lightbulb issue on your browser. Here's my suggestion. Please try this and let me know what happens.

Instead of entering the forum from a link on your favorites, go to the homepage of WINES.COM and click on the link to The Forum.

This link is coded so it should check your cookie and recognize when you last logged in, and display on- and off- lighbulbs accordingly.

In other words, I think it is not the setting in your preferences that is the problem.... It is the "favorites" bookmark you're using to get here. Anyway, that is my hypothesis....

Please test and let me know if this works. Try it a couple of times, so we can see if this is all that's involved.
