I am planing a blind tasting with three French whites, mainly Muscadet, Chablis and sauvignon blanc pure variety wines.
I would like the panels opinon on this choice. I would like them to be easily identifable by their noses.

The Muscadet may be difficult for some to identify next to the sauvignon blanc. Recommend replacing the Muscadet with a riesling from Alsace.

I have a fondness for Sancerre wines (Crochet, Pellot, Cotat are some producers).
The Sauvignon Blanc nose should be distinctive in any of these. Drew may have a suggestion on a Chablis.
