Hmm. Study was done on a "Danish" population. I doubt that the socio-economic difference would hold up if applied to Mediterranean cultures where the lower classes use their feet for transport & local wine is inexpensive & as common as water with meals. cp

...just when I was warming to the idea that I might have a high IQ, cpurvis chimes in with a good point about Mediterraneans.

So, it is my Med extraction, and not my brains, that leads me to daily wine consumption--it certainly couldn't be my income...

I thought blind hogs were led to truffles......??
