Bad day in ol' SA yesterday

Two officers of the SAPD responded to a disturbance at a Denny's about 3:30 AM yesterday, between a chick's old and new boyfriends. The former furned out to be an ex-con, and punched out one of the officers, grabbed his Glock and shot the second officer, then shot the first as backup arrived. The shooter then grabbed the second officer's weapon and put down both of the backups before one of those, a 22-yr-old rookie who was hit four times, managed to finish him. All of the officers received multiple gunshot wounds but are expected to survive. The shooter was dead at the scene.

Crowds gathered all day yesterday at the local blood bank to donate and say thanks.

Glad to hear the Officers will survive and will pray that they recover with little complications. Also glad to hear the rookie took out the rock slitherer....don't have to worry 'bout a trial, room or board.
