I have a 1937 Hooper's Port bottled in Portugal and distributed by Monsieur Henri Wines. Trying to find out any info. I can about the history of it. Thanks

A lackluster producer from a poor vintage. I seriously doubt that this is anything more than a barely drinkable wine.
