I have a Sweet-n-Sour dish with stir fry veggies and shrimp served over Angel Hair. Is there a wine out there that would compliment this dish?

Hi C_carr, and welcome to the Wine Board. There sure is a wine to go with that dish, and it is called riesling. A German Spatlese would be perfect.
