We need help for MMOG

Our small team is preparing to make mass multiplayer online game with wine growing simulation and wine producing.
We are looking for people who want help with information about their wine regions, what grape varieties are best, and what are good. We will need photos of grape varieties that we can't find in our country, and photos of wineyards and so on.

We don't grow or represent wineries here. We just chat!

Well, we don't look for wineries but information about regions and regulations about grape varieties in wine regions around the world. This is very hard to find online. We found what that regions are and what grape varieties are well-known, but we need all varieties that are allowed. If someone can give us that information we will be thankful. Also we will need information about local climate and so on. Also, some links to english language pages are wellcome.
