Look for something in the eiswein or auslese category, also the beernaulese and trockenbeernaulese. These wines are huge on the sugar as well as acidity which helps them age.

But this is all for naught if you don't have proper storage.

Almost any well-made Riesling (no Z) ages gracefully and for a long time.

I saw some spaetlase's that where from the 50's at some wine stores in Germany. I am going to keep my bernkastler doctor's for a long time.
