I have a bottle of the subject wine which I have had lying in a drawer (to keep the cork wet) and would like to know it's value, if any. The name is Mis(letter illegible)er Bouteille Au Chateau. Can you help? Yes, there is more:Chateau Phelan Segur Saint estephe Appellations Stestephe Controlee Ste Civilede Chateau Phelan Sugur aSt. Estephe, Gironde. I obtained the wine as a gift in 1972. I understand that it was purchased from the Red Barn Bar in Atlanta for around $75.

Sorry, but zip value -- very doubtful it is drinkable.

Mise en Bouteille au Chateau is French for "Estate Bottled." (Bottled by the grower rather than by a negotiator that buys wines from multiple estates.)

My reccomendation - Pop it open and let that wonderful vinegar smell delight your guests!
