I have a couple of bottles of Barton & Guestier SAINT-LOUIS BEAUJOLAIS bottled in France in 1987 (B&G)
750 ml.
Should I open it and drink it or should I put it in my safety deposit box?

Hi Roadrunner, and welcome to the Wine Board. Call the EPA and ask for proper disposal directions. Then go out and get the 2000 version, and enjoy it, chilled slightly, with you favorite dish.

Option #3- Open bottle, pour down drain. If I'm not mistaken, I think these bottles may just a bit past their prime. IK, ya beat me to it!
