Hi Loco, and welcome to the Wine Board. Don't worry about the faux pas down in zin. Happens to the best of us. There are a lot of sites to help you. Go to www.wineanswers.com and you will find a sort of wine search engine that will help you with your quest. You can also go to www.amazon.com and order "Garlic, Wine, and Olive Oil, Historical Anecdotes and Recipes" by Thomas Pellachia. Invaluable.
