Ok, now to be a little more annoying are you able to reccomend wines from different countries for each of the 5 courses and explain why you think they will go with the meal?
I will give you the menu again..

appetiser: Bruchette Assortite (assorted toppings)

Entree: Marinated baby squid with peppers, onions, garlic, celery and lemon

Main: Chicken breast stuffed with mozzarella, prosciutto in a lite tomato sauce

Dessert: Fresh fruit with amaretto cream

And last course..chocolates and coffee.

Thank you for being patient.

OK, no problem. For the aperitif go with a Cremont d'Alsace. For the entree go with a non-oaky New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, or if that is too close one from South Africa, or a Sancerre. For the main course stay with the Italian Barbera. For dessert go with a Provincial Banyuls. All rationale remain the same.
