How to start a collection

Hi everybody. I am really new to wine collecting and I have a coupole of questions considering sulfates. I am interested in collecting wines with low sulfates, but I don't know how to check or what brands to select. Any ideas? Thank you [img]http://www.wines.com/ubb2/smile.gif[/img]
