Hi Moose and welcome to the Wine Board. All Chablis (at least that we can get our hands on this side of the pond) are white and dry. Chablis is the northern terminus of the Burgundy Region. They do make nice dry reds in other parts of the region. You can spend anything from $10 to $1000 for these. You don't say how much you want to spend. A nice one in the under $15 range is: Joseph Drouhin, Laforet, Pinot Noir. It is widely available, but you probably won't find it in the super market.
