English professional term

Hello! I am not aprofessional and searching an English professional equivalent to a Russianb term which may be roughly translated into Emglish as "materials in wine-making". In original language, however, this term mostly (but not exclusively) means non completely finished product, that is what may already be called "wine", but still requiring some finishing processing, treatment. This semi-product is frequently transported in bulk.
Is there any professional English term matching this description?

Hi Valeriy, and welcome to the Wine Borad. "'Must' is the name used by wine-makers for the thick liquid that is a mixture of grape juice, grape skins, seed, and pulp and that comes from the crusher-destemmer that smashes grapes at the start of the winemaking process."-Janis Robinson.

If the juice is separarted from the other matter and shipped before fermentation, it is simply refered to as juice or grape juice.

"Bulk wine" is the term I've heard used most often. There are a number of wineries that don't have their own vineyards or fermenting facilities. They buy bulk wine already fermented by other wineries, then blend, fine, filter and bottle it.
