We are having a small dinner party and we are serving Tilapia (farm raised), Green Beans Almondine and a Tossed Green Salad with Vinagarett dressing. We have a Chardonney, Pinot Gregio or White Bordeaux to choose from, what would you recommend?

Hi Sue, and welcome to the Wine Board. You don't say how you will cook and/or sauce the fish. If simply done, go with the Pinot Grigio. If more complex go with the Bordeaux.
