I have a Villa Antonio "Rosso Valentino". It's from a local Missouri winery. It's described as:

"A light, sweet, red wine, with a wonderful aroma and a lingering fruity flavor. Fermented from a blend of our red grapes. Complements spicy cheeses, fruits, and desserts. Great for sipping."

Should this be chilled at all or served at room temperature????

Agree with Bern, and welcome to the Board Bern. Most wineries east of the Rockies offer both red and white wines across the sweetness spectrum. This is particularly true of Missouri wineries. Those reds that are light and off dry should be chilled.

Thanks for the help. I served it chilled and it was excellent, especially with some hot pepper cheese!!
