Why do my lightbulbs go out?

When I first bring up the front page I have many light bulbs lit alerting me to new posts. If I then click on a catagory, read, write, etc... and leave back to main page there are no lightbulbs.

What's up with that?

Mine used to do that then stopped. Never found out why. Must be a cookie issue. The only way I got around it was to use the back button each time to get back to your origional start page where the lights were lit.

If it's a cookie problem I must have intermittent cookies--it happens every once in a while on my end. I simply got used to the annoyance.

Same thing here -- frustrating. I just use the "New topics" these days.
