I just wanted to note what I deemed was superior service from a winery tasting area.

Mumm Napa.

I wanted around 4:00pm and walked into the retail area. Wanting to go for a tasting, I walked up to the checkout to ask where this was. There were two people there any they were both obviously very busy with something, but as I arrived, both looked up, smiled and asked if they could help me. They explained that the tasting was in the restaurant area behind the retail center. I thanked them and turned to walk towards the tasting area, only to look for a washroom. Quickly, another staff asked me if I needed directions. Very observant

By the time I got to the tasting, I sat by the windows and quickly another staffer walked up and introduced me to how they do tastings at Mumms. I ordered two flights. These arrived quickly and then after a brief explanation, they let me be. They always came back to check on me and even offered a few other samples. The staff was knowledgeable with the questions I asked as was always very pleasant.

then I wanted to go to the art gallery and again, a staff noticed me looking and then pointed me that way. On my way out, I picked up a few bottles and as I walked out the gate, yet another staffer thanked me and wished me a good night.

Six interactions with staffers all were excellent. Mumm's, if you are watching, your staff did great!
