for your advice and timely response. I bought the 1994 Larousse for $4.00. The seller said it's is very good condition and that he's selling it so cheaply because he's moving and doesn't want to lug stuff around.

Fair enough, right? His rating was unmarred.

ps. For anyone looking for good deals on used and out of print (wine) books I've found half.com to be a valuable resource. Of course, you have to weed through the career sellers and look for deals from regular folks just trying to get rid of stuff, but it can sometimes be really worth it. I've purchased many a wine book using this method.

I know how he feels, WD. It took me a while after the Army to realize that my ankles needed the support of boots, after getting them stove up so often in jumping off of perfectly good choppers. So for over 20 years, I've not even owned a pair of shoes.

Your boss is lucky that he gets to toss a rope over a critter when he feels like it; I'm sure most docs would love to be able to do that to their recalcitrant patients. Eh, Buckster?
